We used Jim with VIP RV Services to make some repairs on our 2008 weekend warrior. I cant say enough good things about his workmanship, customer service & attention to detail. Jim exceeded my expectations in regards to time and the quality of the work that him and his team performed.

Look no further! I didn’t have to ?? I felt like it was my luck day when Jim answered the phone and I explained what I wanted to to with my A/C unit .So after a couple of days of researching he found exactly what I was looking for absolutely nailed it .Jim ordered the parts and with in a couple of weeks there I am dropping off my trailer in VIP ‘s yard which was another very impressive experience so nice and clean, organized, and secure not at all like all the other RV yards with being over crowded , parts scattered everywhere just a train wreck not for me . VIP is now officially my RV place for parts , service , insurance claims, and accessories .

I drove all the way out from Phoenix to get a variety of repairs and modifications done to my 5th wheel.Jim and his team got everything done on schedule (actually a little ahead of schedule) and we had a great 2 weeks in Sturgis as a result.
