I had such an amazing experience today!

I wish I got all of the names of the girls that helped me!! The one girl I had asked about a product that was no longer in stock but she showed me around to the alternatives and got home and absolutely loved them. I could tell they were legit good recommendations rather than an upsell. Later on I wanted to ask about a fragrance to the same girl, and she happily showed me where it was and even looked if the gift with purchase was still available for me all while being very kind.

Then I go to the hair section looking for a hair oil (that wasn't sold there 😅) but the girl working there gave me great alternatives… read full review

Shellbe did an amazing job on my hair! She did a thorough consultation with me on my hair history and what I wanted to accomplish for the appointment. She got my input and requests for the different aspects of the service- confirming hair cut length, toner color for highlights, how I like my hair styled so the highlights would look the best, ect. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and we had fun conversation!

I thought I had already wrote this review, but I don’t see it. I couldn’t be more obsessed with my hair. I've been coming to see Alondra, for some time now. The last 2 times she and her amazing assistant Alicia took good care of me. Those two together are the dream team! I recently did a big change and Alondra got the color exactly how I wanted it! I went from blonde to a deep plum. I couldn't be happier! l'd also like to mention that my hair is never damaged and super healthy! Photos are of my new color and the blonde highlights I had before. Color has always been perfect! I’d also like to mention that she cut my daughter’s hair and it came out beautiful.
