I’m done with this salon after today. I walked in for an appt and was prepared to spend a lot of money getting an upgraded pedi and new gel x set… I have one toe nail that has Acrylic on it while it grows out. Well, the lady who put it on did an excellent job it was months ago and I couldn’t remember who it was so I was asking the manager if she knew and she just kinda rolled her eyes and said everyone can do it… That was the first attitude. Then when I got placed with the lady, she was drilling that nail, which is super sensitive because it’s growing back super hard and I told her I think you gotta be a little bit more gentle or with it and she got offended... read full review

Tony did a great job. Full set of acrylics. Appt was for 4:30pm. I waited to be called over, but was not called.I look up and Tony was standing in front of me, and as soon as I notice him he went over and sat down. I asked Tony if he was ready for me, he didn't say anything. I came up to him and said want me to sit down? He whispered yes. I asked if he had a cold he said, do you? I said why are we whispering, he whispered I have another customer over there. No one smiled in this shop today, including the customers. I felt so uncomfortable. It was not just quite. Quite is relaxing. I would like to keep coming to this shop.But if it happens... read full review

Well my go to shop decided to close for vacation!! Who does that . Anyway I decided to try this shop here at the LAKES SHOPS. Tuna did a AWESOME job, very sweet gal. I found me a NEW tech. No need to go over the bridge for pedicures. Ty
