Ken did a home inspection for me years ago. It was extremely thorough and gave excellent advice for repairs, upkeep, etc. I apparently didn’t save it on my computer and could no longer access the link. I sent him an email to see if I could still access the report and he, basically immediately, sent me a new link to access a very old report. What excellent customer service!
Highly recommend Ken for your home inspection and I will use him again. He did an pre-purchase home inspection for us on a 1964 home in Sun City/Menifee and identified several anomalies and safety issues that we were not aware of. He was responsive from quote to completion and his service fee is very reasonable with a high value. His inspection report was thorough and easy to understand and he answered all of my questions that I had on the report on a follow-up call.
Don't be discouraged that he doesn't provide sewer camera services. It's best to use a third party plumber because if there is an issue found by a home inspector, you'll have to double pay for a plumber...read full review
I needed to have a home inspection done for a property that my husband and I were looking to buy.Ken immediately responded and made himself available for the very next day.He beat me to the location, and immediately started into work.Very personable very thorough. I must have followed him around like a little dog and he was just very patient and explained everything he was doing. I asked a lot of dumb questions and he answered every one of them with a smile.His report was very thorough and easy to read. Ken made himself readily available if we had any questions.Buying a property is very stressful but Ken made this process so much easier for us.Thank you Ken!
