I needed a second opinion, and Eric (Brian's son) came over, it seems like a family business. I did not share anything, and was ready for some Spiel, and rip off, especially I tend to see a lot of this, when as a woman I have contractors over. Fortunately Eric did a thorough eval and was honest and upfront, he told me the repairs cost and replacement cost---Matched most of what I already knew, and then cheaper options...He said its a family business and a lot happens with word of mouth. I am not surprised--I am definitely keeping their number close and will recommend them to anyone and everyone i know

ICS has integrity and honesty. I'ts a family run business. ICS quoted me a price over the phone. I called 5 different AC Companies, and all refused to quote me a price over the phone. I'm on fixed income, and wanted to know the price of frion so i could make a decision to either have them come or not. The experience was amazing. The young man (son) did more than necessary. The young lady on the phone (daughter) was very pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend them. Sophia K

Great customer service! They were quick, professional, friendly, and on time. The technician Eric took the time to explain to me what was going on. He genuinely cared that the weather was getting very hot and that we wouldn't have air conditioning. He was able to get it fixed the next day!
