I am in the city of Hawthorne, I contacted Hen's for a quote and was immediately greeted by a very friendly representative. I voiced my concerns about the carpet being in pretty bad shape due to amount of time we have lived in our apartment, 2 boys in sports you can imagine the things that have been tracked in and trapped in our carpet. He assured me they could handle any situation and asked me to trust him, and I am so happy I did! The technician arrived on time and did an amazing job!!! I am blown away by these results! The technician was polite and very professional! Everything the representative promised me was delivered, I did not expect for my carpet to look let alone feel new again!
