He responded with a sense of urgency and had the expertise to resolve the all the repairs necessary. General plumbing came out to fix our clogged toilet pipes. It affected both toilets because they were connected, which meant we had no facilities to use. He came out quickly and fixed the problem quickly. There was a rat in the pipe that came from the street. My husband had tried to use a snake, but didn't have one long enough or strong enough. The plumber had the tools needed. We will definitely call him again if and when we need a reliable plumber.
