I give my nail tech Tony 10 stars!! He's AMAZING and very professional at his craft. He knows exactly how i like my nails and delivers every time.. On another note the "Manager" is very unprofessional and RUDE..I still don't understand how she's still a "Manager" after so many complaints? Today I called to schedule a last minute pedicure and maybe a full set at last 30 min before closing.. At first she said oh yes come right now on pedicure, then yes to full set afterwards, but after asking my name she decided to deny availability and fir me to come when my nail tech is here instead because all of a sudden they were too busy after just telling me to come in?? Very unprofessional, and it's not the first time.
I was new to the area and this place was one of the only open locations the day I needed a pedicure. I am so glad I stumbled upon them. Grace gave me the best pedicure I've had in years and I got one monthly. She took her time and was able to fully remove my ingrowns out as well. It was clean and spacious in there. I highly recommend coming here for a pedicure.
Every time I come here, I have a great experience! :) I always do walk-in and I have never waited more then 5-10 minutes. The staff is all very nice. Julie was my tech this time & she was very friendly, gentle, and precise! She did such a good job and her station/supplies were all very clean! Thank you so much!! 10/10
