Bella was pleasant to work with at the start. Our pool was blue with our previous company. But the additional cost of chemicals resulted in our hiring Bella. Our pool water turned green the week after Bella Pool Services began. It had been raining continuously for three weeks so we gave them the benefit of a doubt. Well, its been a few years, and this past weekend I had a contractor visit my home to hydro-jet my landscape drains (approximately $450) for the upcoming rainy season in an effort to prepare for possible flooding in my backyard. Upon completion of the task, it would appear that I am correct in my assumption that Mirage Pool Plastering permanently clogged some of my drains located under my concrete when their workers poured a few buckets of plaster water down my landscape drains. I am sure that if I hadn't caught them in the act; they never would have clean-up the mess! But I have tried to contact them for over 2 years to discuss this matter and they refuse to return... read full review

Mirage did my pool re-plaster in mini pebble. I also had the put new tile and lights put in. They where really busy, and it took a while to get it done, but this is a real company, with their own crews not pool guy who subs everything out, so if you stop the process to make a change ( I did) then the schedule has to be rearranged, I get it, and it was late spring so my two week job that could have been done in three because I changed things was done in a shade less than five because they were really busy.
