I was looking to replace my retainer because it didn't fit anymore, but was considering braces as well. They gave me all my options and didn't really push me for unnecessary treatment etc. Amazing staff and facility. Very communicative and gave me more options after my first retainer check. Awesome dentist.

Found this office here on Yelp and was not disappointed. Very professional, clean, all staff were comforting to my nervous child. Best customer service and 5 star communication. Staff and DDS communicated process to my child and followed through. Setting expectations in healthcare is key in communication (alleviates anxiety of the unknown), and the follow through is the key to excellent customer service.

Our three girls have all gone to Dr. Oshetski we started back in 2007 with our oldest daughter and finished with the youngest in 2015. They had varying needs when it came to braces. Throughout the process the medical staff, administrative staff and Dr. Oshetski were fantastic. I was talking to the girls today 5/31 via FaceTime and I took this screenshot. 7 years later for one and 10 years later for the middle daughter. They still have beautiful smiles!! Thank you for all you do!
