If you can go elsewhere do it run!!!! This location and alll of UMI suck on scheduling myself being a cancer patient i have been trying to schedule for 2 weeks no one answers here i came today Monday since no one pick up the phone not even the manager or manager assistant! Not even medical records not even operator! I came in and now i have another F week to get a call so they can schedule me ! Ridiculous!!! Useless office people!!! Multitasking is a must when working front office!!! Ridiculous Manager do your job guevona
The most Incompetent people. Never answer the phones, they can not communicate if there's anything missing for the exams they need to preform, they expect you to guess and just know what's missing. The amount of calls you have to make is ridiculous. Look at these dates and times and still no help whatsoever.
I've been calling since Friday, and not one answers. It's Tuesday, and no one hasn't answered, very unprofessional. It sounds like someone answers and then they put me back on hold..... do better.
