I broke down in the middle of nowhere with 2 kids in the car. Marty came pretty quickly considering the shop is 20+ miles away! And he communicated a lot during the wait. He had a great attitude and friendly demeanor during the 60+ mile drive to my service station; he gave me some great stories and laughs in what would've otherwise been just an all-around stressful afternoon. Broke down in the middle of nowhere with 2 kids in the back. Marty came quickly and took us over 60 miles to our usual service station. He communicated a lot while we were waiting, too. Felt so safe and grateful!
