The attendant who welcomes you and accepts your payment was awesome. But we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness our car ended up with. We had a moderate amount of.mud on the running boards which was not removed after two times through the washer. Images on the website show attendants using a pressure hose and scrub brush on the front of the car. That did not happen at this location.
Good pricing, good location very convenient, but..... at the end of the car wash I did not get out and check my truck and no soap or brushes made it to the middle of the tailgate. Yes I got the bargain wash but even at all the other car washes the bargain wash still gets my tailgate.
I had a wonderful experience today starting with Ya-ya offering and making sure I had everything I needed at the front, then Roberto was more than happy to help assist me with my car mats which I really appreciate and Charles helped me get everyone’s names as I really wanted to leave a review. Today was a 5 star experience because of them.
