I was referred to Tim at Stout-Air from a friend and neighbor/local in Tahoe who had a great experience. My furnace had stopped blowing warm air during a storm in Tahoe and I needed it fixed quickly so we could stay in our home. Tim was there the next day, and I had a completely new furnace about 2 days after that. He was super proactive and gave me updates via text. After the work was done, we did experience an issue a few days later due to the high altitude we live at. This company did a great job for us when it came time to replace the heating and air systems in our home in Lincoln, and at a good price. Our home had a few odd quirks in the existing ducting, but they took care of that and now it all works better with more even heat and cooling in all the rooms. And even though PG&E pricing has gone up, our bills have still been lower due to the efficiency of our new systems. Give them a call when it's time to replace your HVAC systems.
