Warning, do not have your taxes done here, they will rip you off. My taxes done here, I never received my return I had coming, they hang up on me every time I call them, they say they can't find me in there system. This is not a reputable business, they are very shady. They do not know what they are doing , they need to be shut down

Bertha Avila is the worst tax preparer! Her office staff is rude! Bertha had the audacity to text me and call me after hours to threaten me all because I asked her to refund the money I paid her for filing my taxes incorrectly. If anybody has been here please get a second look at your taxes! This place is a scam!

Terrible terrible service. If you go here and they mess up they DO NOT help you fix the problem. I have called several times and they always hang up on me. When I did my taxes the guy didn't even ask me any questions and seemed so annoyed.Terrible servicio!!! No se los recommiendo! No te ayudan cuando ellos cometen errores. Y si les llamas te cuelgan o no te contestan! Evitense un muy mal momento y vayan a otro lado.
