I have called on Mike on numerous occasions and his response and services have always been above what I expected. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else as long as I can contact him.
After doing an upgrade by MYSELF I lost access to all my work files.Mike was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner and ever clean all the trash files for me. Computer is now working great and most importantly I have all my files back. Thanks Mike!!
Mike was absolutely perfect. He was very accommodating on when I could drop it off and was lightning quick at troubleshooting and letting me know the score on what was wrong with my beloved gaming PC. He gave me enough information to know to plan for some future purchases my rig will need, and was even kind enough to help me track down an appropriate part.PLUS, I dropped it off in the evening not even expecting it to get touched for a day or two, he got it taken care of and ready to go back with me in an hour and a half, and then was kind enough to take more time out of his evening to let me come right back and grab it.
