Rachel is the best. After dropping off my dog she texted that she found fleas and would be giving her a flea bath., I asked if I could bring my other (big dog) and get her done also. She fit me in. I was so grateful. She genuinely cares about the dogs and her customers.

I am definitely an overprotective pet parent. I spent hours looking into different grooming places and had a couple of bad experiences that sent me off to my research again. I first took my dogs to Rachel when she was still at her old location. I saw a couple other groomers at first just to get a feel for what other places were like, but can say with confidence that Rachel is the only person I have ever left my dogs with calmly. I exclusively take my pets here now, I do not trust anyone else! This is because I know how amazing she is with them, how efficient she is, that she does a wonderful job with them, and is always so kind.
