We were in need of some motorcycle maintenance for our Harley Night Rod Special and Suzuki SV650. We found lots of guys on yelp with heavy duty yelp review profiles. But then there was Charles with zero reviews but a really friendly picture. He looked like a dad figure I could trust with our bikes. I called around to the other guys first but didn't get "the feeling" and was compelled to call Charles. Not only was his yelp picture friendly but he was immediately the most friendly guy on the phone.
