The staff was friendl, efficient, and caring, especially Tina at the receptionist desk. She answered all my questions about my kitten, Girilla's spay surgery and went over and above by bringing my pet to me when I had a transportation issue, so I didn't have to pay boarding fees and my kitty didn't have to spend the night.

We took our animals to Dr. Ritter for over twenty years. He is a compassionate and caring veterinarian. His prices are reasonable and he doesn't try to gouge you for unnecessary procedures. I can't say enough about his staff! They're always friendly and make you feel like family. I hope that I'll find another veterinarian in our new home town even a little like Dr Ritter.
