One was 16 yrs old and 1 that was 11 yrs old. He is very calm and compassionate with them, as he is with his other patients. Very kind and professional staff.
The staff was friendl, efficient, and caring, especially Tina at the receptionist desk. She answered all my questions about my kitten, Girilla's spay surgery and went over and above by bringing my pet to me when I had a transportation issue, so I didn't have to pay boarding fees and my kitty didn't have to spend the night.
