Natural Environments Inc. has received mixed reviews from customers. Some appreciate the skilled and polite employees, highlighting the owner's involvement in checking on projects. Customers have noted great customer service from some staff members. However, others have expressed frustration with the communication and response times, particularly when requesting quotes and updates. One client experienced significant delays in getting a quote for a generator replacement and electrical work on their solar array, which affected their ability to take advantage of a warranty offer. Despite initial frustrations, this client eventually received a working generator installation, though follow-up work remains incomplete. Another reviewer criticized the lack of communication after submitting requests for assistance, indicating a gap in professionalism. Overall, while Natural Environments Inc. has the potential for excellent service, consistency in communication and timely responses appear to be areas for improvement.
Very frustrating to work with this company. We’re pretty thorough when it come to checking companies out. Natural Environments came highly recommended by local individuals who I trust. They asked for information for what I needed, which I sent, waiting and waiting for a role, called, texted...no reply. At least be professional and courteous enough to say you can't help so we move on

We have a 12 sided roof with a 12 sided cupola plus attached garage, not an easy roof. We had Natural Environments replace the roof (complete tear off etc.) and repair the fascia. They were amazing, started & finished when they said they would, handled all aspects of the construction and were very personable to deal with. This is the first time I have ever had a building inspector praise a contractor. We now have a beautiful new roof.
