Very frustrating to work with this company.We’re pretty thorough when it come to checking companies out. Natural Environments came highly recommended by local individuals who I trust. And the Google reviews looked great.We asked for a quote, in March, to replace our generator with an Generac and update the electrical work on our solar array. From the time of the initial contact until when the quote was provided (months later) we lost the opportunity to get in on Generac’s offer of a 10 year warranty.The quote itself was extremely unusual with only a few lines provided. They asked for information for what I needed, which I sent, waiting and waiting for a role, called, texted...no reply. At least be professional and courteous enough to say you can't help so we move on
We have a 12 sided roof with a 12 sided cupola plus attached garage, not an easy roof. We had Natural Environments replace the roof (complete tear off etc.) and repair the fascia. They were amazing, started & finished when they said they would, handled all aspects of the construction and were very personable to deal with. This is the first time I have ever had a building inspector praise a contractor. We now have a beautiful new roof.
