Restaurant units were not working like they should…Steve McGrady was here the next day and had our units blowing cold w/in the hour and at a reasonable price! Nothing but good things to say about our experience!

McGrady & Sons has been fantastic to work with to replace my home’s air/heating system. Steven was responsive and thorough during the solution design, coming out for multiple planning visits (based on me wanting to revisit the solution design after fully moving in). When it came time to install the new system, he was patient and diligent to troubleshoot my old house’s quirks and tiny spaces. Once installed, the job wasn’t complete until he’d checked and sealed the units, cleaned up, and made sure I was comfortable with all the work (the mini-split system is working wonderfully). I had no one who was available and he was busy but took the time to assist me over the phone and troubleshoot the problem before my guests arrived. I could not be more gratefulService: Heating system repair
