My son loves to get this hair cut here. He gets the Jr. MVP and really enjoys the shampoo & little massage. The stylists are always kind to him & he enjoys chatting with them throughout his appointment.
Their website said they were open until 8:00, and it even allowed me to check in online. I drove 30 minutes from Salinas only to find that it was closed. Google says they didn't close until 8:00, the sign out front said they didn't close until 8:00, they didn't have any sort of sign up indicating why they were close 3 hours early. Very frustrating.Edit: Very fast response from the manager explaining the situation, and how it was no fault of their own. Very professional.
