I live in Carmel Valley and in April 2023 I used Ross Roofing to install new roofs, new gutters, sun tunnel skylights, and rooftop solar panels for both my main home and guest cottage. My partner and I are in the process of buying a house and needed/wanted a roof inspection during our very short inspection period. Ross made it happen! Our main concern was a large balcony and that it was properly built and didn't have any hidden drainage issues. Ross was thorough and made sure that it was built properly with ventilation and proper drainage. And he gave us an estimate as to when to replace the floor and waterproofing. We appreciated his professionalism, advice, and will use him in the future to replace the balcony floor.Service: Roof inspection
