I absolutely love this Ulta location, everyone is so nice and very helpful, they greet and acknowledge you, shout out to Lelo and Candy, they're both so fabulous and have great customer service as they helped my sister find her make up needs, Lelo was so nice and patient and has great taste in make up, definitely recommend this Ulta to anyone around the beach areas
I love the awesome customer service that I received from salon guest coordinator Jennah during my visit. Sometimes it’s difficult for me to locate the items that I want to purchase. I appreciate her taking the time to show me where everything was, so I could make my purchase and move forward with my day.
I always have a great experience at the Ulta in Marina del Rey. Souna and Maria in the salon are fantasic. Victoria the sales girl is incredibly helpful, always remembers my name, and makes me feel genuinely welcome every time I walk in. Her product recommendations are always spot on—whether it's skincare, makeup, or hair care, she knows exactly what will work best for me. It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable and personable!
