This is a large store and fully stocked with merchandise. I was looking for the newly released shades of lipstick Most of the stores I went to were sold out. This location did not let me down. I didn’t come when they had the sale on all of the other shades of lipstick. I also needed to replace my bottle of WOW hair heat protection. I was able to purchase both items and not stand in a long line nor pay for parking at this location. The parking is free and easy. The coupons are a great savings. Don’t forget to use your points.
I had the lovely experience with getting highlights and beyond with Maria P. I was so lucky that this Ulta was right across the street from my hotel. Maria is warm, welcoming and experienced! Only if she lived in Michigan 😍 Thank you Maria for taking such great care of my hair!
I had a makeup appointment at another Ulta location closer to my house. Less than an hour before my appointment, that store called me to tell me that their makeup artist was out sick, and left me in a bind. Per my request, that location called another Ulta location (this location) to see if they can fit me in. There was some miscommunication, which I only found out once I was on my way to this new location, and called because I was stuck in stopped LA traffic. The manager initially did not have me confirmed, even though the other store communicated that i need to leave immediately to get there.
