I am so incredibly grateful to Victoria at McKay's for the care and coordination she provided during such as difficult time for my family and I. We were recommended to them by friends who had used their services in the past. We really felt like we and our loved one was in good, compassionate hands.

I have to say that I have worked with several mortuaries and being in the business it can be a very difficult time for everyone. I was having a really bad day and I needed to get a document from Mc Kay's and when I called Domonique answered the phone and was pleasant. I was already having a terrible day and when I called her cheerful, professional and helpful attitude made me feel relaxed and that I was going to be taken care of. After telling her what I wanted need she was extremely helpful. Thank you so much Domonique for the excellent customer service and your kindness.

I am writing this review from the bottom of my heart my wife passed away suddenly from a catastrophic stroke without warning at the age of 38 she leaves behind a husband and four adolescent boys. with my world abruptly truned up side down I truly felt helpless and completely compromised the last thing In The world I could do was plan a funeral for the mother of my children and the love of my life.
