“I have known and worked with Mario and his staff for a few years and find their honesty, integrity, professionalism and craftsmanship to be of the highest quality. In 2019, I hired 4 Diamond Construction (4DC) as the general contractor for a shopping center remodel project in Concord - a project that I managed for my firm which owned the center. The project was a bit tricky as it had to be performed while keeping the tenants open and happy but in the end, the finished product was spectacular with everyone involved being very happy with the results including the tenants, the design team and my senior management. 4DC's attention to detail and their pro-active management style made my job much easier and inspired confidence to hire them again which I did in 2020 to manage an even larger shopping center remodel project in Manteca. This particular project also required extensive coordination with the design team to address existing conditions and design issues that arose during construction.
