Shout out to Mitt and Lydia store 1143. I was having a color match emergency and Mitt was there to my rescue and went above and beyond!! Lydia with the customer service making sure my visit went smooth!! Best day ever at Ulta!! Thank you!!

I see many reviews about the male associates at the store being rude. We had a similar experience. Walked by two male Ulta associates, they looked us up and down and made no attempts to be friendly. They are there to help. I did not see them help any customers. They were talking amongst themselves. I will be coming back but avoiding these employees.

I had a very helpful clerk.she informed me of my large reward points,I only had one small item I had planned to purchase..she said,lots go shopping!I ended up with products I was needing but hadn't been in a position to purchase lately.Thank you Vienna! In Manteca
