Don has been the one to inspect my home (tenant using a property management company) for the last 3 years. Inspections can be a stressful thing but I always look forward to seeing him. He’s professional, kind, respectful and thorough. Myself, the owner, and the property manager are all beyond satisfied with his work. Highly recommend for all your home inspection needs.

I recently had a home inspection done, the inspector was so thorough, informative, did such a diligent job and explained all the issues he found and the solution. He made our buying experience so much better and made us realize that we were making the right decision. With such a huge life changing decision, this made it so much better. Don came out for an inspection today on the home I'm renting. He was professional, thorough, quick and efficient. He was also extremely kind and personable. Wonderful experience, I highly recommend him.
