My first time ever at a planned parenthood and wow it was great! From front desk, to every doctor that I talked to it was amazing. I was very nervous bc I’m not on my parents insurance any longer and wanted to get a check up for a UTI. They were very kind, respectful, informative, supportive I couldn’t have asked for anything more. 10/10 donate if you can!! They are definitely needed!

The doctor was great. She made me feel comfortable both visits I had within a week apart (Pap-smear/BIRTH-CONTROL). My nurse was also super friendly and helpful with providing information about things I had no knowledge of and was able to answer any questions I had. The only person I did not feel happy with was the receptionist with dyed red hair. She was rude on both visits, and seemed annoyed when talking to anyone walking in for their appointments.

I’ve been to this facility twice as I began my transition FTM journey. Staff are very friendly as they made me feel valid by asking my preferred pronouns and the terminology I would want them to use to refer to my anatomy; they are knowledgeable about the various procedures and do a thorough job of explaining the process step by step with key details. I wish other medical facilities would have the empathy and patience to take into consideration the needs of their transgender clients like PP does. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe.
