Scheduled an appointment for estimates to move. Brittney scheduled the appointment for 11/20 @ 2:00 pm. She decided to call me twice on the day she was to arrive to make sure I was at home. I was at home preparing for Thanksgiving dinner and did not hear my phone. I noticed I had messages and she said she did not want to drive from Manteca to Modesto if I was not going to be home. Manteca is approximately 20-30 minutes from Modesto. I called back and talked to Brittney and she said she decided not to come since I did not pick up the phone.
