I have been going to Muscle Medic for over a year now for mainly maintenance and a few issues along the way.. Recently I was getting ready for a big trip were I would be hiking long distances with a very heavy pack. A week before my trip I hurt my back pretty bad and wasn't sure what I was going to do. I had an appointment with Selina the next day and she took extra time with me that day and had me come back in on her day off to work on my back some more.. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for her and her knowledge of the body and all the muscles and how they all work together. I'm not sure I would have made my trip!! I've seen many massage therapist but none come close to Selena. She knows her business and is always learning new techniques to improve her skills. Selena healing hands are amazing.

I'm just going to book once a month for Selina's whole career! �� It was even funnier I paid her to torture me hahahahahha she used to do it for free. Now I feel better after tho!�
