I currently rent from Manzanita Ventures and the property manager and staff have been outstanding! I love the convenance of their online portal, and any work orders submitted are addressed in a timely manner. The property is well maintained by on-site staff, and their maintenance crew. I would recommend Manzanita for property management!

I used Manzanita property management for my Mom's home when she moved out. The property was well maintained and kept rented for the years I needed that. Put your mind at ease if you need property taken care of because Manzanita takes the worry out of the equation. You only need to cash your rent check each month.
