We had our roof replaced on the house that we purchased in February this year. We were also having solar put on at the same time. Andrew from Manteca Roofing worked with our solar provider to have the solar jacks put in after they tore off the old roof. Then they came back and installed the roof around the jacks to keep our 50 year roof warranty from being canceled when the solar was placed as it would have been if placed on top of our new roof. We have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. I had six companies quote my reroof, and Andrew from Manteca Roofing was the first. Even without knowing that, he took the time to answer all my questions and left a great impression. His quote was competitive, and I ultimately chose Manteca Roofing because I got the best overall vibe from Andrew and his family. The entire process from tear-off, permitting/inspections, and installation went smoothly. The new roof looks great, and they clearly followed manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices without cutting any corners. Highly recommend!
