Took my truck in for a starter issue I specifically told him it was the starter still charged me for the diagnostic when I did not request it also gave me and original quote that was not correct said it was due to not being able to find the starter charged me 440 for the starter called the store they ppurchased from it was under 300 which is a crazy upcharge and lastly he dented my muffler and did not say anything about it talk about a dishonest mechanic ended up paying over 700 for the starter

Tried calling on multiple occasions and ended up having to leave a voicemail. Voice mail greeting was originally in Spanish with english after the spanish and sounded like a private phone number and not a business. Never received a call back. Sent them an email as well and no response.Drove over to the location to check out the shop and you couldn't even drive up to their main door and park in front of the business as there were too many vehicles in some sort of state of repair.Did not even feel comfortable to park my vehicle to walk over to their shop. There was no way that my dually was going to get anywhere even close to their door.Based on the lack of a return call...read full review

Had two diesel ford engines replaced.Vehicles suffered damage in their care, Both engines leak like a siv and must be removed again with major leaks in the main bearing seals, valve covers, timing covers, upper and lower oil pan seals. Owner disavows any responsibility......at first.I like these people however in this instance the workmanship has been horrible and they have now agreed to do what's necessary to seal the engines and correct those portions of the poor workmanship.I'm looking forward to those results and they're honesty in acting upon their promises before the end of December 2022, and therefore am currently rating them higher than I will should they fail...read full review
