My daughter and I had a wonderful experience when she took her senior portraits. The staff was friendly and offered help to me for my own comfort and privacy without me asking, as I stood in the lobby steaming my daughters' dress. Hanna took some great shots and she is such a sweetheart. Chris and I talked like we knew each other from high school.Thanks for making us feel welcomed.

I was going to give this place 3 stars.When we took photos for the baseball league, it was over crowded and they were trying to send my 4 year old to the back alone, not knowing if his team was in the back or not. I was not going to let that happen and just went with him to the back. Some of the staff could be a little friendlier, I understand it may have been overwhelming with the amount of people.I decided to boost it up another star because I was not happy with the photo they picked, knowing the photographer took better photos, they let me come back and change the photos. The photos came out beautiful and I was happy with it.

If it weren't for my kids school using this company, I would not seek their services. First thing I noticed when I walked in their office, the pictures on their wall. I was not impressed. I'm assuming they hang their "best" shots on the wall to mimic a portfolio... At least that's what I would do. Like I said, was not impressed.Also, one receptionist was rude AF and seemingly didn't want to help me so she just gave me short answers and didn't offer any solutions. I couldn't stop looking at the thick layer of tartar on her bottom teeth while she spoke.. cringe.
