Central Valley Veterinary office was caring, professional, and genuinely concerned about my dog's well-being. The doctor removed some foxtails from his eyelid, kept him comfortable, and clearly explained the treatment. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the visits, and made sure both my dog and I felt comfortable and cared for. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out.

I brought my two dogs in for a physical prior to getting a three months Bravecto. My appointment time was 5:15 and it took 2 hrs before I went home. It only took 15 minutes to get into a room. Took 10-15 minutes to come check the dogs. It took another 15 minutes for a second Dr. to speak to me. He did not understand what I was saying so another Dr. came in. I just think two hours for a routine checkup is too excessive. The front desk staff is always great, but sometimes they need to acknowledge that they see you and will be right with you.

One of my pups has anxiety issues on top of a heart condition. Honestly I didn't always feel listened to during the last couple of visits I had here in 2025, but on our most recent visit earlier this week, we were seen by Dr. Christie, and I'm so glad she's joined the team. I felt listened to and feel better going forward that I'll be working with a knowledgeable and empathetic vet to keep my little old man happy and comfortable. Also, Jess the tech is always good to see when I bring my pups in; another source of knowledge and care. The ladies at the desk (I'm sorry I don't know all their names) are always friendly and helpful as well.
