This place is not good. Long time to get an appointment. Long time to get someone on the phone. You will have to wait for more than one hour to be seen by a medical assistant, not a doctor. Unbelievable, completely wasted my time

I called this place to make an appointment. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes they got my information and scheduled the appointment for 4 months later. A week before my appointment I called again and I was waiting on line for 1 hour and then they disconnected my call. I had to call several times. The day of my appointment I arrived 20 minutes early to do paperwork, I waited an hour to get inside, my eye exam was done by a medical assistant and the doctor only checked my eyes. I regret going to this place but that's the only place that was covered with my insurance.

Was rescheduled 3 times, 3 months out each time & then they cancelled my last appointment and wouldn't reschedule. I found a new optometrist. Terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend
