The visits are OK when we see the provider but their office hours and phone systems are very disappointing. I’ve left a couple of messages. Today is the fourth day trying to get through to them. I also went in person on a Monday which their door states Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and it was not a holiday so I don’t understand why they were closed and I was there around 9:30 AM. I thought maybe the door was heavy or they had another entrance so I checked another door and both locked. Please put a note on your door or hire more people to answer the phones!!
Was referred here by Zeiter eye. (Zeiter eye, You should know better) I've called numerous times. I get put on hold and then I'm asked to leave a message. No one calls back!! Whoever manages this place please get it together. This is bad for business. I am going to get referred somewhere else.
2/23/25 update:
After I wrote this review, they called me and made an appointment for September. A day or so later , I guess they saw the review and they called me and canceled my appointment.!! No reason was given. I know it is because of this review. Better this way. Maybe the doctors will hire a better manager that will get the staff trained and up and running to better...read full review
If you can I’d avoid this place. It may be pretty on the inside and outside but customer service sucks. Waited a whole month for my son’s glasses and actually had to physically drive to their office to see if they were even there because nobody ever answers the phone nor do they return calls when you leave a message and come come to find out they don’t notify you if your prescription is in. This place is so unprofessional.
