I bought an Irish bouzouki from Great Musical Instruments in March. I love the instrument, and had a clear and easy time ordering online. Connie in customer service was particularly helpful, going so far as to connect me directly with the instrument builders, making sure all questions and concerns were addressed.
I recently ordered a new Gold Star prospector banjo and was delighted with not only the product, but also the price and customer service. The banjo was shipped set up and on time. I find myself playing this banjo more than other more expensive banjo’s I own. Great product and great company to order from.
