First of all, I want to say that Bob is great!!! I was having door lock problems on my front door. He walked me through some issues and over the phone determined it was not the lock, it was my replacement keys that were the problem. I met him at his van and he programmed me a factory key (did not know they could do that) which I took back and tested. I could not believe it - PERFECT!! He made four more copies and saved me from buying a new lock. Great customer service!!

Bob was third on the list to call on Yelp. The other top two didn't return my call or texts. We arrived to the June Lake campground this last weekend from LA to find out we left our Thule Cargo box key at home. Not having a spare with us we frantically started to look for a locksmith. There's only three in the area and Bob was the only one that answered his phone. He gave us clear instructions on where to meet him in Mammoth Lakes area and stayed on the phone with us until we found him. This is where he worked his magic and saved us. Not only he got the box to open but he made a spare key. His price is reasonable and he didn't even accept a tip! Such a nice and honest guy! He loves his job and he's very good at it too. So, if you get stuck like us and need a locksmith...call Bob first. I'm sure he will answer your call. Thanks Bob for all that you do.

Don't go to a dealer to get a car key - Bob really is the best! We needed another copy of our car key. The dealer couldn't do the job and instead tried to sell us a $1200 package for new locks, keys and ignition. So we reached out to Bob. He responded promptly, appeared with a smile on his face, and within an hour he was able to cut, program and deliver a key that works perfectly. Highly recommend!
