Thank you for scheduling the Service Call on Short Notice and sending your Tech Alan onsite to assist with our Internet outage. He handled our issues with absolute professionalism and got our systems up and running. Thanks to CBT and their team, we were able to restore our Computer Systems and printing ability so that I was able to generate the scheduled payroll, we could not have done it without your help and support.
Staying in Mammoth for a few more days and my laptop's battery was dying and totally forgot to bring mine. I was worried that I have to drive far away from Mammoth to find the right one for my Dell laptop. I need 240W power adapter cord. Found this place on Google and called the number. I spoke with Sarah and she said to come by and bring my laptop. She was super helpful and very friendly. She tried a few new power adapter, but they were not too fast for my computer. Then she found a used one and it was perfect for my laptop, free of charge. WOW! Thank you, Sarah. You have save my day! I am so grateful to find this place. Thank you, again!
Very impressive customer service, response time, communication, and very ardent and knowledgeable people! Alan performed everything necessary to get my laptop up and running, in a very timely manner, and was extremely service oriented. I dealt with other staff members and CBT seems to be a very well-run company and all work together like a well oiled machine. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!
