DO NOT SCHEDULE WEDDING HAIR OR MAKEUP WITH THEM!Worst experience ever. Cortney scheduled a trial for my hair and makeup for my wedding about a month before the wedding, which she changed the time for the morning of the appointment. The day of my wedding, when she was supposed to be showing up at 10 am, I received an email at 9 am saying she was not coming. There was no offer of another provider, and my deposit has still not been returned. She is a brides worst nightmare, especially given I did not live in the area and had traveled hours to the wedding. I cannot warn you enough of the complete unprofessionalism of Cortney - do not hire her and find someone else!

After some reflection and seeing a similar review recently, I felt like I should share my experience of booking Courtney with Bombshell Beauty for my wedding. Courtney completely ghosted me on my wedding day. I got married on a Saturday and didn't hear from her until the following Tuesday. I was the only person getting hair and makeup done for my wedding so I had Courtney scheduled to come just 2 1/2 hours before the wedding. Let's just say, it was a mess. If I could give negative stars, I would. She was supposed to do my hair, 2 other bridesmaids hair, and the bride's hair and makeup for the wedding. She cancelled the day of the wedding just 1 hour before she was scheduled to arrive. I was told by another vendor that she has done the same thing to some other brides on their wedding days as well. I understand that emergencies happen but she didn't even have a backup. She left myself, the other bridesmaids and most importantly the bride in one of the most stressful situations on her wedding day. Do yourself a favor and find someone more reliable.
