I can’t thank Colin, Shelby, and crew enough for all the years they have cleaned and serviced my pellet stove. I experienced their exceptional service again this last week, when my pellet stove stopped working. In spite of all the Covid 19 issues, they got right back to me, and kept me posted on when they could come (I live 60 miles away). I have an older pellet stove, and they were up front (as always) about whether they would have the parts needed to fix it on hand, or would need to order them. Shelby called when Colin was on his way here, gave an estimated time of arrival, and he arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem, had the parts needed in his truck, and fixed it perfectly. This happened during a very cold spell here, and it is wonderful to have the pellet stove running like a charm again. Their customer service, as always, is excellent and so personal and caring. I feel like I am their only customer and they go above and beyond to always take care of my needs. I recommend them 100%!
I can't possibly express how wonderful the A Better Fireplace team is. The Voss family who runs the business is incredible -- they truly care about their clients and their employees. This family-run business believes in relationships and always over-delivers for their clients. When I bought a condo, it had to have the wood stove framing re-done per town code or be replaced with a pellet stove. They walked me patiently and thoroughly through the options and the costs and I went with a pellet stove. They were able to install it in one day, take care of my old wood stove, etc. all while I was at work. The employees are all amazing and can be counted on to be timely, friendly and trusted to be left alone in your house (and lock up on their way out!) for as long as it takes. They are very prompt returning phone calls and getting to me for service, and their prices are always fair and the job very well done. I tell all my friends to call A Better Fireplace for anything they need done, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any of your fireplace needs. They are nothing short of amazing. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
I love their showroom! They have lots of selections to choose from and very helpful staff, from the showroom/office to the installation team!
