John was very beneficial to my posture and movement. Rolfing is a powerful and under utilised physical therapy. I had 7 sessions 5 years ago and seeing John 3 times for 2 hours during my 3 weeks in Malibu was extremely beneficial top up to my structure. My muscles individual structure was immediately more noticeable after my first session in the areas he worked on. Your definition and more importantly your movement will be elevated. He gave me every minute I booked and more. Rolfing when done with integrity is an essential tool that needs to be added to everyone’s treatment list.
