This local bookstore is a destination, conveniently located in Malibu's Cross Creek. It's wonderfully curated and has a friendly, knowledgeable staff of passionate readers! It's always a pleasure to stop in this bookstore. I Highly recommend.
Beautifully curated ,this bookstore has the latest greatest in terms of literature, nature writing, and cook books,while it knocks the ball out of the court for kids and YA. I appreciate their efforts to have a wide range of Malibu specific titles. If they don't have a book, they will order it. Staff are warm hearted bibliophiles. The shop manages to be both well lit and cozy. My family and I are big fans. It's around the corner from the Welks Fargo and Sephora shop fronting PCH so to have to know where you are going to find it.
Delighted that Malibu Village Books has opened at Cross Creek. For those of us in the Palisades and Malibu, the trek for a bookstore had been long and hard. But our problems are now solved! Malibu Village books has a beautiful selection of current fiction, nonfiction and gift or art books. The space is bright, clean and tasteful, thoughtfully laid out. The manager Laura is gracious and welcoming. Beautiful selection of premium wrapping paper, ample parking, overall a great experience. I can't wait to return!
