Harris Jeff MD is highly regarded by his patients, who have been seeing him for decades. As a pediatrician and general practitioner, he is known for his exceptional medical care and his ability to truly listen to his patients. Despite his busy practice, he takes the time to provide thorough examinations, discuss diagnoses, and coordinate treatment with specialists. While his handwriting may be difficult to decipher, his patients appreciate his personalized approach and the fact that he is always available to them, even making house calls when needed. Patients describe him as the "best doctor ever" and are willing to travel great distances to continue receiving his care.
While I haven't seen Jeff in years, he was excellent and really saved me one day. I first meet him through mutual friends at Topanga Beach; and I hope he is well after the fires. A mutual friend lost everything and almost died.
Dr Harris is the very very best doctor you will ever find - anywhere, period ! He is a listener, mentor and committed partner in diagnosing, treating and supporting your health and healing journey. Ive had some complexity in my medical history and Dr Harris was with me every single step of the way. Even virtually attending some meetings with Mayo Clinic alongside me. There just isn’t anyone more skilled, caring and just plain cool than Jeff Harris. Hands down - the best.
best doctor i've ever had - and my standards are HIGH. and he's a total 'mensch' besides ("mensch" means "a genuine and decent and trustworthy person; someone who will treat you right, and really relate to you, and always as an equal"). there's something about the medical profession that seems to attract folks who are ok professionally, but who don't really relate to you on a human level. so that's one of my main criteria, and it doesn't get any better than dr. jeff harris. his medical knowledge is astonomically superior to most, and his treatments are holistic (even though he doesn't call them that; but he's just as likely to prescribe a vitamin, as a pharmaceutical drug). his office personnel are excellent, too: caring and top-notch, just as you'd expect from a doctor of this caliber. he's been a successful, licensed, practicing physician for well over half a century, and he has been my primary md for about 25 years. and he's kinda known as 'malibu's doctor' - but if you live in northridge - trust me - he's well worth the drive.
