“As a new timer in Malibu I was blown away by the kindness and excellency in service they provided me from the front. The process for each time I visited was unbelievably efficient. All they needed from me was my phone number and my clothes were off. The clothes were ready and steamed to perfection. When my latest purchase was not done on time, Sam went above and beyond for me. He told me he drove from Sherman Oaks to Hollywood where the pants were being finished just to have them back to me Saturday. I give my upmost respect and gratitude to every single worker in that place for providing me w the best experience I could have had in Malibu.“

“This place really is top noch to say the least. Above and beyond for everything I’ve taken in. I had a hole on the inside of my Schott perfecto leather jacket which is high end and I was The first reluctant because it was very important to me and sentimental. They fixed it and not only that lined with with heavy canvas and leather to make sure it’s perfect and he said he has seen me wear it a lot and wants to make sure it’s done right. Lots of attention to detail on everything I’ve brought it and not to mention they are so professional and kind they all are. It’s the little things about this place that makes them really what it’s worth and I respect that. This will be the only service I’ll take my things too including my wife. “Honest cleaner! Fast and efficient service. I came in for a white dress shirt to get cleaned up since I just came back from a friend's wedding. The pricing is low and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. His door is always open literally and parking is plenty around the corner. While I made a stop, the plaza had a pizza spot for a quick bite and a 7-Eleven for quick purchases too. Super convenient and would come back back again.“

“Highly recommend, also the only cleaner in the area that is open for pressing or cleaning on Saturdays.

We had five groomsmen that needed our suits pressed the day of the wedding. 5 jackets, 5 pants, and 5 shirts. It was 10:45am, the store planned on turning the machine off at 11:00am, because a workers shift was ending. The owner had us come to the store and hustled to accommodate us. He has all our items finished, wrapped, and organized within 45 minutes. Impressive considering that they were all the same suit, just different sizes, but he knew who’s belonged to who.

I dropped off a men's suit. There was no rush so I accepted the 4-day pickup date. The suit was cleaned which is all I cared about and the cost I assume was average. I didn't shop around. So with nothing to complain about I consider that a win.“
