I had waist long hair and came in for a trim. I said to cut off 5 inches. He rose the chair as high as he could before he started cutting. I think he was just too bothered to lean lower and cut my long hair at the length I said. He cut off over 10 inches. It hit right at the bottom of my shoulder blades. One side was uneven when I put it forward so I had to fix that.
